Meeting with Gilles Frédérick, creator of Oikospectrum. What if the communication strategy started from the human aspect?

At Black Notes Coffee Roasters, in Belval, the smell of freshly roasted coffee immediately puts you at ease. It was there that I met Gilles Frédérick, psychologist and founder of Oikospectrum in Kayl. The conversation was supposed to focus on his communication. It ended up touching on something broader: how to truly put the human at the center of a visibility strategy. Here’s what this meeting taught me, and what it can bring to Gilles as well as to anyone whose profession is primarily based on trust and relationships.

Meeting with Gilles Frédérick

At Black Notes Coffee Roasters, in Belval

Who is Gilles Frédérick, the founder of Oikospectrum?

Gilles Frédérick is a psychologist, based in Kayl, Luxembourg.

In 2023, he created Oikospectrum, an accredited training organization that positions itself at the intersection of living space, clarity of mind, and personal growth. Specifically, this translates into individual psychological support, but also into training designed for companies: prevention of professional burnout, balance between work and private life, mental health at work.

This dual role requires communication capable of speaking, in the same month, to an individual seeking support and to a human resources department in search of concrete solutions for its teams. You can find Oikospectrum on oikospectrum.com and consult its accredited organization profile on lifelong-learning.lu.

A meeting over coffee, a shared obviousness

Very quickly, the conversation shifted from the professional framework to something more personal: our two professions, psychology and video creation, ultimately share the same raw material, the human.

At Artivisio Studio, this conviction is summed up in a phrase that has accompanied me since my Italian roots: the human above all, l'umano prima di tutto. Finding it in a psychologist, for whom it is never a marketing argument but a whole profession, made this exchange particularly rich.

Giving a face to Oikospectrum

A good part of our exchange focused on how to make Oikospectrum exist on social media and on the web, without losing what makes it strong: the presence of Gilles himself. The idea is simple to state, more subtle to implement: the accredited structure is called Oikospectrum, but trust is built with a person, a first name and a last name.

We discussed concrete formats: short videos where Gilles explains a concept of work psychology in two minutes, a structuring of his Instagram account around clear content pillars, a regularity of publication designed to build a loyal audience rather than a one-time spike in visibility.

SEO designed for engines, and for artificial intelligence

We also talked about SEO, but not just in the classical sense of the term. I explained to him how I associate, at Artivisio, traditional SEO (the keywords you type into Google) and GEO: SEO designed for generative artificial intelligences.

In concrete terms: structuring content so that it clearly answers a question, with concrete and local vocabulary (psychological support in Kayl, corporate wellness training in Luxembourg), increases the chances of being cited both by Google and by an AI assistant to whom one would ask for a recommendation. For a profession based on trust, appearing as a recommended and verified answer changes the game.

What this meeting changes

This meeting confirmed a belief I have held since the creation of Artivisio Studio: the best communication strategy always starts from what already exists that is true about the person or company we are supporting. Gilles does not need to invent a character to exist online; he simply needs the right formats to show what he already does very well: listen, train, support.

If your company is looking to better prevent burnout or to equip its teams on mental health at work, Oikospectrum is a serious address in Luxembourg.

And if your own communication also deserves to gain in clarity and humanity, that is exactly what we do at Artivisio Studio let's talk about it.
